Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a surgical specialty of Dentistry which involves the diagnosis, surgery & adjunctive treatment of diseases, injuries & defects involving both functional and aesthetic aspects of the hard and the soft tissue of oral & maxillofacial regions.
